My parents just recently redid their master bedroom and master bathroom. The made their bathroom much nicer that it ever was. There is a really nice new shower with a rainfall showerhead coming down from the top, and two other showerheads that are mounted on the walls. They also put in a pretty good-sized Jacuzzi bathtub. There are also dual sinks, and a great mirrored medicine cabinet. My parents also expanded their closet, and made a ton more room just by using wooden closet organizers. It really is a miracle how much space those things create. It looks like a totally different place than it used to. Neither of my parents got rid of anything, and they have decades of clothing piled up in their closet. When I was younger it used to make for great shopping for Halloween costumes. My dad also picked out what is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever seen. I do not think I would ever get out of bed if I had it. I guess it is a good thing that I do not, especially since I work from home and off of my laptop. They also took down their old wallpaper and got the room tastefully painted.
